I covered a total of six miles last night including one mile warm up and cool down, and four miles at 6.5 mph (9:13 minute miles). It wasn't too difficult, and I think I could have gone a smidge faster for that amount of distance. Unfortunately, I was a bit dizzy because I had skipped my morning oatmeal, which is basically cut my total carb count by half up until my workout.
I was also a bit sick afterwards. I had my normal dinner (1/2 cup brown rice, a serving of shrimp and 1/2 cup of steamed veggies), but I still wasn't feeling to well. Thinking it was due to a carb deficiency, I had one pretzel stick and five organic potato chips ... which ultimately made me nauseous.
I'm feeling fine now, but last night was a completely different story.
