Heart beats started at 90 up to 155 per minute - tail end of the warm up at around 75% - 80% maximum heart rate
80% at the end of the warm up? I think this is going to be trouble.

Heart beats went from 165 to 175, and varied within that area - fluctuating between 85% and 89% maximum heart rate
Began my count down after the first tenth of a mile

6.0 mph, approximately 10 minutes per mile
Heart beats stayed between 160 and 170- fluctuating between 80% and 85% maximum heart rate
Since when was 80 - 85% considered an active recovery? A month ago I was at 150 (about 75% my max) at this speed. What the hell is going on?
